Has anyone ever used the Observation Checklist as an onboarding checklist? Like as a way for a new hire to know week-by-week what training they need to complete and keep track of their progress? 

We have tasks lists that are housed in observation checklists to do this during courses. I could see doing it with an onboarding and either breaking it down by day or week with them all housed in a course called onboarding. It could be sent to the direct report.
