Does anyone else have challenges with this?

Our use case is that we grant our customers access to a certain number of seats with their contracts. A number of courses are open enrollment to them and their users may enroll to one or more of those courses using a coupon code until they have used up their seat allotment.

The current configuration options for coupons codes limits users to one use up to a number of uses but we need more flexibility.

We need an option for a coupon code to be used multiple times by all the users up to a limited number of uses.

We don’t want to restrict a user to only one use but we need to limit the number of times the coupon can be used.

The current options do not meet the needs of our use case.

Agree...posted an idea on this a long while ago as well. Have you looked at using Subscriptions to give you more flexibility? You can use coupons with those as well. That may help you to get more seats blocks available while only using a coupon once.

We’re investigating this too and will continue to see if we can make it work in some way.  We eliminated the straight subscription option due to the administrative burden, but a combination might be workable. Thanks!

While on the subject - here is another coupon related idea to vote on…
