Course Catalog Widget - Calendar View

When choosing to display a catalog in calendar mode, is it possible to set the ‘Agenda’ view as the default? Are there any CSS solutions that could help achieve this?

I wish were able to set a presence for this view but sadly there are not options for that..only the user can change it
