Course not showing up in users Learning

I have an elearning course that a user was enrolled in (I have the audit record that show they were enrolled) but the course is not showing in their learning. They are also not showing up in the course enrollment when I look at Course Management. What do I need to do to get the course to show up in their learning.

Hi @stephaniesdaul - If the course does not appear in learner’s record and so in Course Management, then the learner might have been unenrolled from the course. Run an Audit Trail to check who unenrolled the learner, filter from the time you run the report up to this day, and use ‘User Unenrolled from a course’ filter. Maybe a Power User unenrolled the learner? Also, check if the course is set-up where users can unenroll themselves from the course. Once you have figured why, then you can change the settings of your course, review Power user access.
