Hi everyone,
Is it possible that person who self-registers in Docebo can automatically be assigned to a certain power user profile? We work with public school teachers, and want to make them Power Users so they can manage their students in the system. I’ve figured out how to make them a PU using a CSV file, but I’m wondering if we’ll need to upgrade them to PU once they have registered. Does anyone know if there’s a process for this, or have a work around?

Pretty sure that is not entirely possible. While you might be able to assign the PU level and role, you will still need to open the Power user app to assign the resources.
