Hi there,

I am interested in selecting a lighter color for the “main colors” option of the Customize Colors page.

However, the text that shows up on this color is white, so it does not show up very well. I do not know how to change the text to black, so that it will show up on the lighter color.

Does anyone know a fix for making this text black?

I believe the only way here will be custom CSS, but you’re going to need a bunch of it the way that stuff is laid out, so one for each item shown and then one for the breadcrumbs, and many other areas where this is true. Bit of a maintenance nightmare.

did a few tests and it seems that the white text on that panel stays white no matter what colour combinations you use. It would be great if it were dynamic to contrast the background it’s on. Other parts look OK with a light main colour but that panel block only shows white text. Probably a good idea to log an enhancement request.

The CSS system in Docebo is a nightmare of complication, and the colors in the Look and Feel section are the tip of a VERY LARGE iceburg.  I have my learning website using a dark mode but have had to do a lot of detective work with developer tools and custom CSS to avoid invisible text in the dark areas.
