Deleting Observation Checklists that have been sent to Group

Hi, 

 

We use the Observation Checklist function to send an annual training checklist to all employees by sending to various Groups. However, we would like to delete/edit the checklist for some people without impacting everyone. 

It looks like if you send a checklist to a Group, you can edit individual enrolment? Any help would be appreciated!

@rebecca.findlayOC do not have the concept of “unenrollment” if they were assigned by Groups. I escalated an issue to T3 at Docebo support and was told by an engineer that they had not considered how OCs were impacted by changes to the group.

So… once a learner is assigned to an OC via a group, they are always assigned to that OC. ARGH!!!!!
