Is there a notification that would go to a users Direct Manager (who is not enrolled, an Instructor, etc of the course) when the ILT course is completed/evaluated/attended?
I have ILT instructors who want the user’s DM to know the course has been completed and provide the DM with further follow up steps to complete F2F with the user.
You can use the Learner has completed a course...this one has an option to go to DMs.
