We launched a series of Learning Plans (Bootcamp) that included 3 Linkedin Learning courses. These 3 courses are also a LIL plan that allows for a Linkedin Learning certification that a user can post to their Linkedin profile.
A user launches each course from Docebo and completion is recorded in both Docebo and Linkedin Learning. However, we have a handful of employees where the completion WAS NOT recorded in Linkedin and WAS recorded in Docebo.
This has caused headaches because some didnt receive their certificate from Linkedin so they could post to their profile. I cannot figure out why this would happen to some and not others. Anyone have a solution?
