At present I’m trying to upload a certificate to Docebo, but after a few attempts I continue to get this message. I’ve also attempted to do it in an Incognito window, but still the same result.

Are you able to help, please?

That’s usually some kind of server error. There were issues last week on the US servers so maybe that was the issue. Have you tried again since? If the issue persists, definitely open a ticket with support.


Thank you - the issue is persistant, so I’ve opened a ticket now
