Looking for some help configuring notifications for New Question to Expert.  I have tried several email addresses within our company and I cannot get it to work.  Every time, I used a new email address I get the error message above.  

I reviewed the Domain Management and it looks to be configured correctly.

Any help?

We had some issues with emails working due to the new Domain Management functionality and a hot fix was released but some platforms continued to have issues: 

It may not be related but it’s probably worthwhile raising a helpdesk ticket and get support aware of what is happening, just in case :) 


you need to click the Email tab and complete the set-up there...you need to add a sender email, subject line and body for this to work.

I tried that and the image was a result of it. use other active emails and still no change.  I opened a support ticket.

We recently had to redo our SSL cert and it took 2 days to update as it wasn’t being accepted.  the SSL cert is now working.  Do we require the DKIN?


That’s what support told us we needed...maybe you can confirm with them first? Are you using an established mailbox address from your organization? You should have a cert under the Sender Email Domains in the Domain Management app...
