Hide future sessions to allow enrollment at a later date

I’m sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, but I’m curious if anyone has found a way/workaround to hide future ILT sessions? We’d love to be able to schedule future sessions for a course in bulk (all sessions for the next 6+ months), but only show a few month’s sessions at a time to reduce enrollments for sessions 3+ months out. Anyone know if this is possible?

Hi @dballard you can use the registration cut-off dates to control this. If you make the Deadline Date in the past, those future sessions wont appear. That said, you will need to diarize an action to go back in and make them visible again if you want to allow self-enrolment in the future.
