We need to do a mass student US Mailing to students residential addresses that may have changed since registration.  We want to request that students check their street address and update it if necessary prior to the mailing.   I see a few ideals out there on similar topics and I have upvoted them but am wondering if there is current updates on this particular use case?

Not sure users are able to access their additional fields. There are portions under Advanced Settings that allow/disallow users to access My Profile & My Preferences but nothing about additional fields.

this is the closet I found where, if you leave those fields blank, the user can be prompted to fill them in; but nothing about the ability to edit/update where a field already has data in it.
