How do I add additional fields under TUV Rheinland Academy fields section?

I think you may be confusing the Course Enrollment .csv upload with the Users .csv upload.

Both of these data types (courses and users) have additional fields available; however, for course enrollments, the wizard doesn’t need Course additional fields to enroll a user. If a course needs an additional field, then you assign them to the course shell when you are building it, not when you are enrolling users. Those additional fields belong to the course.

If a user needs a user additional field, then you can put that information on a .csv for uploading users, assuming that you’ve already defined those additional fields under User Management > Additional Fields.

  • Course Additional Fields (Created in Course Management)
  • Course Enrollment Additional fields (Created in Course Management)
  • Session Additional Fields (Created in Course Management)
