We have just started our renew certification cycle and finding a lot of our colleagues are completing the learning and when they have finished they are then reclicking on renew certification that then resets the learning back to the original renewal date.   There is a pop up box but the wording isn’t clear it asks do you want to proceed, and people are thinking yes I want to renew and so they are clicking on renew which then resets the learning back to the original renewal date. How can we stop this from happening?
