A fellow superadmin typed a power user’s email incorrectly as their username. How can I fix this without deleting them and adding them in again? This power user already has multiple learning plans setup and currently operating, so we don’t want them to lose that data.

@newusermiller as a superadmin you should be able to edit the username of a user on the User management screen.


adding to @alekwo the user CSV import also allows you to make username changes en masse if ever that’s needed. it works very well and you only need 2 columns in the CSV file (old username + new username).
