How to mass contact users who have no access date?

Hey you wonderful folks of DoceboLand!

 

I have around 50 or so users that signed up but never accessed our LMS. Any thoughts on how to mass email them via a newsletter or something letting them know that I will be deleting them from the system unless they log in?

Hi. Little bit of a process

  1. Get list of usernames that meet the criteria. You can use filters, a report, etc. to get what you need
  2. Create group by importing that list in a manual group
  3. Send newsletter to that group from the system or use the list from #1 to email them directly from your mail system
