+1Widget sizes on a Row layout 1/3 are not unifiorn . The embed video link is much smaller!!! It looks not nice!!!

Since none of those widgets have an option to adjust the height there isn't much you can do..
for the video, can you see if you can adjust video size on Vimeo? That may help...same for the Image widget...that one works based on the image size and usually squeezes it on the space alotted...The My Calendar widget has no options whatsoever…
If you find you cant align them, I usually look to place them stacked rather than on 1 line and then fill the space on the line with some other widget I can adjust, like the custom content box or image widgets...
