How to stop getting meeting invites for instructors for each user?

When assigning users to an ILT session, the instructor is getting a meeting invite that the session for each user assigned to that session. So, instructors are getting hundreds of meeting invitations at once. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Our instructors only should be getting an invite for themselves and a notification that they are the instructor.

That’s odd...when Docebo updated the ILT app, instructors stopped getting enrolment emails...Have you checked your notifications? it’s Riley you have one set-up to go out to instructors but it’s probably the course enrolment notification that is meant for users...if that is the case, you can turn it off to stop the emails going to your instructors. That said, the instructors should not be enrolled like user so that’s something else to check. Under normal circumstances, when you add the instructor to proper instructor field, they are NOT. notified at all. You would need to send a manual email using the option to “Send email to instructor”. That’s the only way right now to communicate with instructors via the LMS, that they have been booked in a session.
