For the past few hours, I have been searching this community page for a solution, comments, or recommendations pertaining to the completion of the vILT session.

I assume you are aware that the vILT session will be marked as finished as soon as participants join, but this should not be the case. Our instructors verify each participant's hours spent and update the enrollment status in Docebo based on our TEAMS report at the end of each session. This results in an extra step, and our instructors feel uneasy conducting sessions via LMS.

At the moment, Docebo offers the options to "event as attended when learners join the session" and "access the recordings" for attendance; however, it has no control over preventing irregular users from completing.

I tried manual, evaluation, attendance-based, and training material session completion methods, but none of them worked for our training requirements.

How do you manage your virtual ILT session completions?  Appreciate your inputs.

I believe users need to be enrolled in the Season in order to watch the recorded session...so if it occurred in the past, unregistered users will not be bale to watch that specific recording.

To be honest, I first used the recording options, and our instructors do not want learners to view recordings following successful attendance because it seems like a repetition of the process (add recordings by instructors creates an additional task too). I agree that unregistered users are unable to view recordings, and that "accessing your past date sessions" from their learning profile presents another difficulty. Not that tech-savvy.
