Hi Docebo Experts!

I have another question with distributing passwords.

I was able to use the Import Users via CSV which included passwords for each user.  I can see all of the users names in the User Management page (Which is great!).

Question:  Is there a function in Docebo that can send users their passwords via email in a ‘batch’ or would I send individual emails?  Being a newbie, I’m not sure if there is a better way.

Hi @Glen.D.A sadly there is not...Docebo only provides a “forgot password” email that send the user a link to reset their password...You can create profile without passwords if you intend to use the forgot password option. If not, you use a default password that is the same for all users (if that’s acceptable for your organization)
