We don’t use a waitlist, and won’t, but is there any other way for our learners to see all of the upcoming sessions even if they are full? Some of our classes only run once every 2-3 months, and we constantly get asked why we haven’t scheduled a class when we have, it’s just full and they can’t see it any longer. Sure, the questions will change to “when will you schedule the next one,” but at least they know we ARE scheduling the class. 😁

pretty sure there is no option to allow that unless you are an admin or PU without the waitlist being enabled.

Even you increased the number of seats but cut off registration by date, the session would not appear.

Yeah, can confirm there isn’t, it was one of the deal breakers of the calendar to course experience for us. Ended up building a custom calendar for people to use and see and just remove the link when it is full so they don’t nav and get confused.

Thanks all. I’ll convert this over to an idea since it’s something we get asked about almost daily. (though full classes is not a bad problem to have 😉)

@Mdubey if you can add the idea link here, I’ll vote it up for sure. Thx

Added it as an idea for anyone who wants to up-vote it. I appreciate the support here. :D
