Hi all.

We have split our Docebo environment into 7 different domains, mostly to distinguish our brands, with a couple of domains also dedicated to specific projects.

In most cases, a user will access just one Brand domain with a singular account. The domains have their own design elements & look distinctly different. The majority of our users are clients, and they more or less stay confined to a single brand.

We do have a few regions, however, where the lines between brands are less meaningful, and we have been asked to set up some accounts with access to multiple brands.

So far we have been unsuccessful in setting this up. Has anyone been able to pull this off? and if so, how?

Just change the domain name in the URL - all permissions remain the same regardless of domain anyway.

@NateC Hi, Nate

Another approach might be to create dashboards specifically for those dual-brand folks. They would continue to log into their standard URL, but because of the menu/page configuration they could see multiple brands. Maybe something like a page/brand, and then multiple pages on the menu?

Just a thought.

This comment initially had me stumped, because it’s absolutely not the case on our platform. But after poking around I suspect this is due to a toggle that we have enabled under Extended Enterprise Settings:

It sounds like disabling that should allow your users to access multiple domains, but I’d still be careful and maybe ask your Docebo rep (or Support) to outline any additional considerations and dependencies. For example, I’m not sure whether different SSO configs for different domains would create an issue here. Or perhaps it’s not acceptable to effectively open all domains to everyone, and you just wanted specific additional domains for specific people...
