I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has encountered a specific issue with session registrations (ILT) . We have noticed that when a user has a course status marked as "completed" and then registers for a session, the system allows them to switch between different session dates. However, it does not permit the user to cancel their registration.
Has anyone experienced this behavior? If so, could you share any insights or solutions you might have? Is there a way to configure the system to allow users to cancel their registration or is this an intended limitation?
