Hi there! I’m after some guidance please…
Users are experiencing a problem with learning activities not being marked as completed when using the Go learn app. I’ve attached a screenshot.
This course comprises 3 videos hosted on Wistia and the user has to complete a test after each video. Once they’ve viewed the video they click on the ‘x’ to close it down, but then the activity still displays the orange check mark to state it’s still in progress.
There must be a setting I’ve forgotten to implement and so wondered if anytone knew how to solve this?
