Hey all! 

 

We had assigned a Learning Plan to 330 users with an initial expiry of 36 days after enrollment. But now there’s been an extension in the deadline and the LP has expired for some users. I tried editing the deadline and enrollment options but it hasn't worked. Docebo Support Chat wasn’t much help and I’ve submitted a ticket now. 

Does anyone know how it can be unlocked?

I found the Problem and solved it!  Posting it here for reference in case anyone else runs into itAll I had to do was-

  1. Go to LP settings
  2. Extend the validity period
  3. Check the box that says Update all enrollment expiration dates
