I have been updating users via csv files for over a year. This time, several fields did not show up in the list of fields available for mapping. They include the firstname, lastname and e-mail fields. This prevents the entire update.

Does anyone know what’s going on here and how to fix it?

@JasonQ Where were these fields missing? In the Import and Manage wizard?
 

I’ve had a similar thing happen, and needed to ask for assistance from the support team. They were able to reproduce my issue.


Did you check that sometimes they are already aligned to your import report fields? You can tell by the colour...sometimes they get stacked over one another...Try to make sure you “x” out all the pills and they should then appear on the left column
