Hi! I can’t find how to allow managers to enroll team members to a course in a catalog that both the manager and employee have access to. It is not showing on the options of courses under my team > enroll to courses. I tried looking it up in the knowledge base as well. Am I missing a step?

Hi @lrnlab yes I did navigate there, but the course is not populating as an option here.
 

 


if the user its already assigned it will not appear in the list...did you check that?


Yes, they are not assigned the course. There are many missing from this list.


and the courses are published? if yes, then I would suggest you log a ticket. Did you check your manager settings under Advanced Settings?
