is there anyway to take a group of user that was enrolled before a branch was created and enroll them into a Branch that was created later?

Yes you can move users to a new branch however if they are in a group, you can only do this (simply) by way of the CSV import; or individually. If they are all in their own branch, you can select them and move them to a new branch via the User Management page. really depends on where the users are located. if they are part of a branch that has other users you dont want to move, and there are a lot, you're best bet might be to use the CSV import.

@lrnlab is lightning fast. CSV is the way. You can also CSV them out of your group without much fuss these days.

What I mean is you dont need to go out of the group interface to get a file for the group.
