Multi-Tenant Capability

Hi Docebo Community,

I am preparing to set up a multi-tenant use case with approx. 200-500 domains, one for each provider. In addition, I would like to be able to share content across the domains while keeping them in one higher arching domain where I can update and version when updates are needed.

This will be a large undertaking and I would like to set it up properly.

Would you please advise if you have an understanding of how this can be done?

Thank you!

Michelle

That is essentially how the sub domains work so you can follow the admin guide to set them up since each sub domain needs to be aligned to a branch...when it comes to sharing content, all that is driven by your catalogue visibility rules so if you have 500 domains (which are branches) you can grant access to all branches for a single catalogue.
