We have an All Staff Catalog and staff catalogs for each of our locations. We need a few people to receive the new course notification when courses are added to certain staff catalogs. I know I need to have a power user profile for these individuals so they are the ones that receive the message.
I’m having problems narrowing the notification to only include the staff catalogs for certain locations. I’ve been trying to do this by selecting certain branches, but the notification is being sent when courses are added to our All Staff Catalog. I think this is because the branches I selected also have access to the All Staff Catalog.
What am I missing? Is there a way to send the New Course notification for courses that are added to specific catalogs and not for every course added to the platform?
