We did the voluntary upgrade to the new course UI at the end of last week. 

We use Docebo to provide 2 of our certification exams.  I haven’t changed any settings in my exams but now the test-taker does NOT see any feedback messages after completing exam.  They are supposed to see a message with their score and a summary of what they scored in each category.

I tested this myself and did not receive the feedback message in the new UI.

I reverted back to the ‘old’ UI, completed the exam and then I did receive the feedback message.

No other changes were made. 😕

 

Has anyone else experienced a negative impact to their tests/exams since upgrading?

I have a support ticket filed but just curious if anyone has encountered this and more importantly if anyone has figured out how to solve it.


I prefer the new UI but I can’t use it until this is resolved….​​​​​​​
