Hello!

I’m wondering if anyone is having the same issue. Docebo just released a new feature in which you can export data from multiple courses (amazing!). I went through the whole selection process and received a message at the bottom saying that my report may take some time to process and I should receive an email once it’s done. I did this on Tuesday and still haven’t received a report (two days later). I’ve checked my spam/junk folder, still nothing. 

did you also check the background jobs? 


Oh! I see them there and can download them. Thanks for your help!


I had a similar issue, AND could not access the report from the background jobs page. I had to ask Support to send me the report.
