HI @lhubbard had a deeper look and cannot find any combination of settings to get you what you describe above. Perhaps depending not he type of training material you are using, you could provide access to the materials via a channel that only users who have successfully competed the course can access? This way you can have a hard deadline not he course but grant access to the materials after the fact via channels…??

@lrnlab  Yes that’s possible, but for 20 or more courses, less than ideal.

Hmmm yes...can they all be in the same channel? and maybe call the channel something like, “post course review channel”? and am just thinking it might actually be interesting for you to see the # of views that can be tracked for each asset.
