Has anyone else noticed that when you use a notification (one you’ve already created) that after you save your CODE disappears?

By code do you mean the content in the WYSIWYG box or something different? If you return, you have to select the language first, then the WYSIWYG re-fills with the current message. Its super confusing until you know.

@Bfarkas

Yes, it’s the WYSIWYG box. I’ve been using these four emails below for 8 months now and just clicking right into the filter/groups to add my cohort, then saving. I’ve never had a problem until today, where I saw it save and the second it saved it wiped out my code.

As an experiment, I even started right from the beginning (code was visible), then clicked NEXT and added my filter/groups and after saving , the code still disappeared.

Then I tried clicking into the code/beginning, copied the code already there and re-pasted it into the same spot, proceeded along added the filter/group and the code stayed.

Oh, ok so you mean the actual code value of the message, not the WYSIWYG box. That is strange. I just did the process on a couple and it held up fine on them all. Long shot guess, you don’t happen to have any type of auto-fill for like a password or anything else on and it happens to be wiping out the field or something similar?

Otherwise, sounds like a glitch somewhere on your environment so might want to open a ticket about it.

@Bfarkas No odd auto-fill or passwords. I’d created a whole host of emails 8+months ago and simple add the new cohort info almost on a daily basis. I’ll open a ticket.

We are experiencing the same issue but only with a few of the Learner completed a course notifications?

@Nicole Thank  you for submitting a ticket. Any response from it?

Strangely, I was editing our Learner completed a course notification and noticed my code was no longer there.  I was sure I had added a code, but figured it didn’t save it correctly. LOL

@Annarose.Peterson  Right? from the corner of my eye, I saw something disappear, then it was like, hey! What’s happening?
@Scott Foster no word yet, but I’ll be sure to update this thread when I hear back.

@Bfarkas @Scott Foster @Annarose.Peterson

Hi everyone,

I just learned that the development team is on it and a fix is projected to release tomorrow (Wednesday).

Thanks, Nicole

Thanks for the update Nicole, gotta love these weird quirks, I keep trying to make it happen now and feel left out :)

I re-added a code last night and it was still there this morning so maybe they “went ahead and fixed the glitch”?

HAHA!

Hi eveyrone, @Bfarkas @Annarose.Peterson @Scott Foster

I received an email to say that the bug has been fixed, I also built a few programs this morning with notifications and everything is running smoothly again.

Have a good one!

@Scott Foster 🤣😂🤣😂

Thank you for following up @Nicole!!
