Hi Docebo Friends,

 

Has anyone else has issues with Notifications malfunctioning?  Here are the two recurring issues we’ve been dealing with and haven’t gotten a resolution yet. 

 

Upload/Notification Communication Issue

  • Recurring issues a few weeks apart. A learner uploaded a document to Learner Assignments, her manager got a notification, when she went to approve it the upload was nowhere to be found. 
  • Issue with our customer today: she had two notifications sent to her email that said someone uploaded (two different times) and there was only one upload to be found.  

 

Certificate Expiration Notification misfiring to a different user as well as our CEO 

  • Our notifications are set up to notify a specific user of their certificate’s expiration timeline. The notification does not go to managers, just to that user and our general inbox for our LMS inquiries. 

I have tickets our on these but wanted to get a temp read if anyone has experienced this issue before is currently noticing issues with Notifications.
