Hello - we would like to automate the email that we send when a new power user in our External branch is created.
Is there a way to create a group based on branch = external and level=power user?
Or is there a workaround that others have found to send the new power user an automated welcome email?

I assume your branch name is external?
Do you need it to be a group? Can you just restrict the notification to that branch of users and of type power user?
