Our nursing staff does skills checklists at hire. We need to be able to assign checklists and have more than one custom user be the validator.
The reason is that different people may have validated skills at different times. Perhaps a coworker witnessed the live patient central line cleaning but an educator may have witnessed the assembly steps prior. Both witnesses need to validate different steps and add their own notes
