Good afternoon from the East Coast.

I am aware that all of our organizations are different.

We are just kicking off OTJ checklists and I want to make sure I am thinking about it in a clean way.

From what I am reading We get multiple opportunities to let people know about an OTJ checklist being assigned with the user level - enrolled in a course, has not yet completed a course

We get also opportunities from the learning object itself (which in this case is the OTJ checklist).

It does look like we will have a centralized person acting as the observer per course. which is good.

So I wanted to see, how do you all take advantage of these levels of notification?
