I was wondering if there was any way to find out if the notification emails you have sent have been opened. I know that if they have an image in them then that is accessed when someone views the images in the email as they are held in Docebo’s servers. But is there a way to access this information??

+10If you are looking for something like “read receipts” I dont think we have anything like that...+ we have no notification logs so it’s tough to say what was sent let alone what was opened...perhaps your IT team may've some suggestions?
+6Did some hack workarounds using like a tracking pixel added to the notification, not perfect, but better than nothing.
+10you may want to confirm or review your internal privacy policies before trying out a tracking pixel as it may cause some privacy concerns.
