Hi Community - during implementation I noticed that the links within our Outlook Invites would fail to execute accurately (404) for users if certain special characters were included in the Event Name.
Brackets ( ) were the first culprit.
I have found no documentation and Docebo support could only tell me the brackets were the issue but did not include more detail.
Has anyone else tracked which characters can cause this issue?

+10noticed the same but we did not track those characters….sorry...we just kept it very plain as this tool does not work well with sub domains if including url’s in the message body.
+6Sounds like another case of Docebo not playing well and managing URL characters well.
FYI I asked my rep recently to give me a more definitive answer but instead they just sent me the list of characters the platform itself can accept… not helpful.
