Passed the test, but can't re-review the content.

 I was able to create the scorm courses and assigned to the learners.  I added a 30-day due date from the course enrollment. Someone came back and stated he was able to complete the training and passed the test. When he tried to revisit the training content it wouldn't let him review the training again. The system states you have completed, passed this course. You click on Back to the Lesson, when you click on the button, the window appears, then disappears. Showing that you have completed the course. The setting to review, is infinite. I troubleshooted with clearing the cache in browsers with the learner. Still could not review.  Does anyone else have any solutions to fix the problem? Thank you for your time.
