We are using points and badges in our system as a way to track compliance and to build toward qualifications. FOr example to remain qualified a student has to earn X points. 

 

We were hoping that one of the point activities could be attending or viewing webinars within an ILT course. 

 

We created an ILT class, with one session and then multiple events. One session because attendees can’t enroll in multiple sessions. 

 

We were hoping to generate points based on attending an event. However I can’t find a way to add any badging or points to an ILT event based on attendance, only completion of the course. 

 

Has anyone tried to track event attendance with a point value?

I dont think that’s an option unless you pulled reports and assigned them manually. The automatic badge options relate to course completion, LP completion and training material completion but not ILT events.
