Hi everyone,
Has anyone else experienced a delay in the system when a Power User makes any changes?
For example, it seems to take around 24 hours between:
- A Power User approving a pending user, and that user appearing on their list under User Management.
- A Power User changing an additional field of a user, and that user being enrolled in courses (when the enrolment is based on values in that additional field).
There are definitely more examples that aren’t coming to me at the moment, but hopefully this isn’t something that is clearly documented somewhere and I have just missed it somehow.
If anyone has experienced this, is there anything that can be done?
