We have clients that we would like to give access as a power user to add users and assign courses, etc. Is there a step in the process of making them a Power User that I am missing for them to have access to do this? 

First you’ll need to make sure you have a Power User profile set up that allows them to view/edit/create users and enrollments.  Then make sure those users are set as Power Users as their user type, assign them the desired Power User profile, and make sure they have the necessary resources assigned to them as far as users/branches and courses.

once you have your role created and assigned to your PUs, etc. make sure you test the access to ensure they have access to what they need and not more than you intend to grant them.
