We have a power user profile that is only used to run reports on their assigned users.
In order for the power user to be able to see the courses/learning plans int their user’s User Summary Report, and on other reports, we needed to enable the following permissions:
- View Courses
- View Learning Plans
- and assign the power user to the specific learning plan resources
However, it appear that these power users can search for the learning plans in their search bar and enroll into the learning plan. We tried changing the enrollment setting on the courses in each learning plan to “admin must enroll user”, but the learning plans still appear and can be enrolled into.
How can we remove this power users ability to enroll into these learning plans while still being able to see the courses/learning plans their assigned users are enrolled in?
