We are building branches, mostly partners, in readiness for their users to sign up.

Is there a way to report on branches with zero users?

Hi @FitzySol - there are two things that can help:

1) Branches dashboard and the Users Report
  1. The branches dashboard offers insight from a top level of your populated branches. This may get you a little crazy if you have deeply nested hierachies in your branches .
  2. The Users report does come with a branches column so you will know what people are populated in them. Not as clean as what is shown below.
There go those zeros.

@dklinger Thanks for sharing this info. This report will only provide us with data at the branch and sub-branch level. Unfortunately, it seems that we will not be able to obtain data at the sub-sub-branch (further nested levels) level through this report.
