I do not believe this is some thing you can see on reports, nor does the on-screen display who actually evaluated an assignment in cases where you have more than 1 instructor per session/event.

You can use the comments box when performing the evaluations to capture a name of initials though - this can be output on reports

Long shot, does it show up at all in the audit trail? Would be annoying regularly, but if its like a compliance check scenario, might work?
