Hello all!

We are encountering issues with learners needing to see new courses and complete quizzes. We have been updating older courses using Storyline 360 and originally overwriting the older training material. We found out that the learners could not see the newest updates if we used overwriting, so we changed to versioning and hid the older training material. I uploaded a new training material, SCORM, in the CLOR and assigned it to the courses from the central repository. We have been getting forum comments from other learners about issues with passing the quizzes, and we suspect that we still have to reset their statuses when in progress. Users who have already completed the course with a passing score are completed in V1 but need to be completed in V2, which is correct from what I have read. Could another issue be with the publishing settings? Right now, we use SCORM 1.2; I used SCORM 2004 3rd addition at a previous job, but I am using a government LMS. I would appreciate any help!
