Hi all

Is there a way to resend an RSVP to a user enrolled in a ILT course.  When I view the sessions I can see some users with an ‘awaiting’ status.  I have sent a reminder email using the email function within this section but more often than not they can not ‘find’ the RSVP email and will respond by saying they will attend.  I would like to be able to re-issue the RSVP AND/OR change the RSVP status in the session to yes.

you can try unenrolling/reenrolling them...they will get a cancellation notice and then an enrolment notice...if you go that route you may need to reach out by email to advise then of what’s coming.

The only way I can think now but never tested if you can access the “sender” email account calendar and remove them from the invite and add them back.
